New Ethics Center - Leadership Working Group

The Hill Center for Ethical Business Leadership is the newest division of the Hill LIbrary.  We're getting lots of interesting questions related to business ethics now, and while we have OUR favorate sources and approaches, we're also intersted in being a forum for a wider range of perspectives.

There are many approaches, tools, and even orthodoxies surrounding leadership.  Rather than create our own, or subscribe to one, the Hill Center is launching the Hill Leadership Working Group.  The group will meet monthly to read and discuss selections from the vast leadership literature (not a vast wasteland, but a rich terrain, to be sure!).  Members can also meet to disucss problems and address issues arising from their work lives.
